Another sunny day..wow..has Spring finally sprung (literally) upon us? Fingers crossed. So Ayaan woke up at 5.30am for some completely beyond logical reason..and so I find myself half asleep at 2.30pm trying to write and make sense at the same time...apologies if I don't! I spent this morning writing up what I need for a new website I am hoping to develop in order to sell my hand painted votives. Yes I'm taking that first teeny tiny step towards actually selling my little creations. Well I painted around 250 votives for my sister's wedding earlier this month and they got a pretty good reception so let's see if anyone may want to spend a few £££ to buy them.

Life is a journey

I've had a realllllly long break...I hate blaming being a new mum on my lack of blogging but it's the truth. Actually I'm not really that new a mum, my little boy turned 2 this month and I have no idea where the time has gone. I thought it was about time I came back to my chocolate barfi online presence ..a lot has happened in the last couple of years the most recent being made redundant late last year.
I didn't realise quite how redundancy would affect me but it has truly been one of the worst things to go through. I have been unemployed now for 6 months but to tell you the truth I wasn't properly looking as I had to have shoulder surgery in February. Am just about healed so now I'm wondering 'what next..?'
